The indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic, open 24/7 and well-maintained. The breakfast had a great variety with delicious hot options. the cleanliness of the room fell short; it felt dated, and the floors could use a good scrub. Staff efficiency varied — some were lovely, while a rude encounter left a sour note. The air conditioning was effective but way too noisy for a good night's sleep. Despite the flaws, the location is prime, with attractions just a short walk away. A decent stay overall, but there's room for improvement.

We greatly enjoyed staying in this fairly clean hotel. The venue was set in a central area right by Firehouse Subs, the center and the restaurants and shopping. Had nice dainties at Curl de la Creme, located just next door to the hotel. Had a such great stay on vacation, would definitely come back.

We loved that we were within walking distance of fantastic attractions and restaurants, including The Island just across the parkway, making it easy to enjoy scenic strolls and find delicious places to eat, while also being conveniently close to a grocery store just a half block away; the hotel itself was comfortable and clean with a great breakfast bar, but the indoor pool area could use some additional maintenance to enhance the overall experience.

I liked this in a good place, the only thing I didn't like was the pool in another building, and you have to cross a street to get there, the breakfast is in the same building where I stayed and to get to the dining room is on the outside I liked that there was an elevator inside,

Just an appropriate option for a cursory stop in Pigeon Forge with very good value for money. The room was clean.

Decent location to trolley. Relaxing bar and very hard working and outstandingly helpful staff at reception desk. Well-kept and a nice size hotel unit with a spa tub.

It is in a great location and was very clean and i loved the fire place.

The only thing was that there was a big gap at the bottom of the door and the bed was a little to soft. but it's not a deal breaker. We loved the place.

I walked into our hotel room and was hit with a horrible musty smell, like old gym shoes. The floors were sticky, bugs were crawling everywhere, and the whole place felt damp. It was so disgusting; I couldn't relax at all.

This is our first stay here & what a wonderful place to stay! Clean, super comfortable rooms... Lots of room for the little ones to play. Fridge & microwave in room that work!!! Breakfast was yummy! Lighting was very good & very upscale look to the rooms, yet comfortable! Pools were warm & kid friendly! Would absolutely recommend this location to any family with little ones!!! Super staff too:)

Breakfast staff could have been more chatty, but sometimes it's nice to just be left alone & enjoy your family time together! So, not a negative, I appreciate the respected privacy, all the same!
